Term Dates

Term dates published in the Western Australian Government Gazette for students in public schools in Western Australia can be found here.

Parents and carers can access our full school calendar showing all assemblies and events through Compass.

WA public schools, in consultation with their school boards, can schedule 3 school development days (SDDs) and 2 parent-teacher interview days (PTIs) where students do not attend. In 2026 these dates are:

• Friday, 24 April (PTI)
   
• Friday, 29 May (SDD)   
      
• Monday, 3 August (SDD)
   
• Monday 19 October (PTI)
   
• Friday, 6 November (SDD)
